For the property by phone, very professional, within 2 days I received a call that my offer was accepted.

Arrangements was made to meet at the title office by 2 pm. Papers was signed for the sale & a good faith deposit was given. I departed florida on July 9th. Every additional document was handled by the title office . Received all other documents by email on time signed and returned, funds transferred before the closing day.

I was very impressed with the service I received between Susan and the Title Company.

I do not know how to express the professionalism and PATIENCE that Susan and Joe Mayer posess.

I am not an easy customer. I expect my realtors to be available and working for me 24/7. THEY DO!

Joe and Susan heard everything on my wish list, it was even posted in their office.

Most importantly, on top of watching and listening to me express every emotion in the world, through the sometimes disappointing world of real estate, they remained calm, positive and helpful. They also kept me on track reminding me of my wish list during a drought of inventory.

They NEVER TRIED TO "SELL ME" any house. They showed me homes that fit my list. AND STUCK TO THAT.
